The Movers Collective "Who Runs the House" Mile Challenge
The Movers Collective "Who Runs the House" Mile Challenge is a one-mile race designed to bring our community together and promote physical activity for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting your fitness journey, this event is for you!

Date: Friday, August 16th
Time: 4pm - 7pm
Location: 950 West Mall Drive, Alameda Point
Event: Movers Collective 1 Mile Race & 4x1 Mile Relay Race (4 runners, each running 1 mile)
Participants can choose to walk or run the mile, making it a fun activity for the whole family. For those looking to test their speed, it's a great opportunity to set a benchmark for your fall training. You can also build a team of family, friends, or coworkers for the 4x1 mile relay race, where each runner completes one mile. The event will be filled with motivation, camaraderie, and community spirit, making it a memorable evening for all involved.

After the last runner has crossed the finish line, we will start selecting bib numbers until all 50 pairs are accounted for. Panelists include Wellness Industry Leaders, Maternal Health Experts, Gender Equity Activists and Alysia Montaño Founder of non-profit &Mother and Movers Collective.
